Most screen replacements take between 30 and 60 minutes once we have your device on the bench. If we need to order a specific part for a less common model, we'll let you know an estimated turnaround time upfront, usually next day.
Third-party repairs can affect the manufacturer's original warranty for those specific components, though your consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected. We always advise checking your warranty status first, and we're happy to discuss your options before proceeding with any repair.
We use genuine OEM parts where available, and high-quality equivalent parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications where genuine parts are not accessible. We'll always tell you which grade of part is being fitted before we start, so there are no surprises.
If we can't fix your device, you don't pay a penny for the repair. There may be a small diagnostic fee for complex assessments, which we always agree in advance. We'll return your device exactly as we received it.
