In the vast majority of screen repairs, your Apple Watch health and fitness data remains intact as it is stored on the watch itself and synced to your iPhone. We do not perform a factory reset as part of a standard screen replacement. If a reset is ever required, we will tell you in advance.
We re-seal watches after screen repairs using appropriate adhesives and gaskets. While we take every care to restore the original water resistance rating, we advise treating your watch cautiously around water in the weeks following a repair. Apple and Samsung do not certify third-party repairs, so the official IP rating cannot be re-certified by us.
Possibly, yes. Do not attempt to charge it or turn it on, bring it in immediately. We use specialist equipment to clean and dry the internal components. The success rate for water damage recovery is significantly higher when the watch arrives quickly and has not been powered on after the incident.

Most screen and battery replacements are completed the same day. Because smartwatches require precise reassembly and curing time for adhesive re-sealing, same-day collection may require an early drop-off. We'll give you a collection time when you drop off your device.
